This is our 11th take on our DIPA series. We really liked the malt base of the last one, so we kept the malt precisely the same but drastically changed the hop profile. The hop combination of El Dorado, Hallertauer Blanc, and HBC 630 is meant to give an intensely peach-forward combination.
