Unkilted Santa by Amager Bryghus

Scottish Style Winter Ale - keg only special. Unkilted Santa is intended as an uncomplicated and unpretentious Christmas beer, which tastes like a lot more without ending up in sticky sweetness and excessive percentages. Dark in color from a bit of roasted barley and crystal malt, but high in attenuation, so the residual sweetness is minimal. And the hops in just the right amount to create balance. It is a beer with enough strength and bitterness to cleanse the palate with the heavy Christmas dishes, and in fact we can't think of a single Christmas menu where it wouldn't fit well. At the same time, it has enough character to be a clean and thirst-quenching beer for drinking in its own right. Slàinte Mhath!
