Black Pudding by Ghost Brewing

Black Pudding is a collaboration between Ghost Brewing (Denmark) and Vleesmeester Brewery. The result is a Russian Imperial Stout at 11%, with a nice fullness, a slightly sweeter middle, and a beautiful bitter finish. Fresh vanilla and oak chips soaked in bourbon were added to the beer. It has hints of mocha, lovely creaminess, and pleasant woody notes with a touch of vanilla. This beer was awarded the bronze medal at the Christmas Beer Festival in Essen in 2018.
